On May 16th, 2007, at the Holiday Inn, Tinton Falls, NJ, we held a seminar on Disinfection & Decontamination.  The following topics were discussed:

Public health concerns and well-publicized disease outbreaks have raised our consciousness of preventing sickness in the workplace.  This seminar will shed light on the latest concepts and procedures for maintaining health in buildings where large numbers of people come together.

On November 9, 2006, at the Holiday Inn in Tinton Falls, NJ, we held a seminar on "How to clean with GREEN".  The following topics were discussed:

      On March 29, 2006, at the Fort Monmouth Officer's Club in Eatontown, NJ, we held a seminar on

     Smart Staffing (How to evaluate cleaning costs).  The following topics were discussed:

    - Best practices to gather building data

    - Fundamentals of workloading

    - How to determine the right staff for your facility

    - How to assess return on investment factors of alternative maint. options

    - Asset preservation and life cycle analysis

    - "What if" scenarios to define labor saving technology

    - How to cost justify worker education

      On March 31st, 2004, at the Holiday Inn in Tinton Falls, we had a carpet care seminar.  The following topics
